REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Because our tea is a consumable product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused boxes for safety reasons.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • The box must be unopened, sealed, and free of any tampering.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

How to request a return
Email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions. Returns are handled by email request only.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned box, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items
